E-mail is an effective way to communicate and share ideas. An e-mail address is also one of the most difficult things to get rid of after you’re done with it. CW.O can help!
Every vendor you E-mail for more information will know how to contact you from then on – even after your wedding day. More than likely with information you no longer need. We call that spam and with our service, CW.O can eliminate all of that.
When you sign with CW.O you will work with a complimentary Wedding Planner who will get you your very own “email”@CharlotteWedding.Org and that e-mail can be forwarded to several other e-mail address.
For example:
JaneP@CharlotteWedding.Org can forward to the Bride at JanePBride@Yahoo.com and to the Groom JohnQGroom@MSN.com, and to the Maid Of Honor JulieMOfhonor@aol.com and so on.
Every e-mail to JaneP@CharlotteWedding.Org gets forwarded to all of the address associated to JaneP, letting you type in one e-mail address and reaching everyone involved in planning make great sense and saves time. Also, when you are on a vendor site, use the JaneP e-mail so you can keep your personal e-mail private.
The best part is when you’re done planning and your wedding has arrived or any time you want – that e-mail address simply gets deleted and becomes inactive. Poof – NO UNWANTED E-mails from wedding vendors.

One of the first items on “The Wedding Checklist” is choosing the date. Being flexible and having a few dates in mind is important due to the availability of your favorite vendor, venue, etc.
CWO wedding planners know how important timing is and most will tell you that in order to book the Cake Designer, DJ/Band or Florist that you want, you should to reserve them at the same time you reserve your Venue and Church.
Many vendors will only book a small number of events per day and quickly fill up during peak wedding season. By booking your event 8 to 12 months in advance will increase the likelihood that the date of your choice and vendors will be available. While it is possible to reserve CWO planners and vendors with less notice, do you really want to take that chance?
Nona’s Sweets recommends booking their services well in advance. Couples are welcome to stop by our state of the art bakery and view our original wedding cakes, groom’s cakes and cupcake designs and book an appointment for a complimentary ”tasting”. You won’t be disappointed!

How you wear your hair and apply your makeup will make a big difference in completing a wedding day look. There are a lot of things that Brides and Grooms should consider.
For example, the formality of the event, the neckline and shape of the wedding dress, and the most important factors… what kind of hair looks good on you and proper application of your makeup to enhance your natural beauty. The look of a low chignon is lovely because it looks formal without being stuffy, and with your hair up you don’t have to worry about it getting tangled in the wind or while you’re working the dance floor.
Guys, don’t forget to look your best for your future bride. A haircut one week to 10 days before the wedding and a clean neckline and around the ears works great. At the very least, a clean neckline and trimmed neatly around the ears is a must.
There are tons of things to consider… so be sure to talk to your stylist and have a good plan which should include at least one trial run before the big day. Be comfortable with your stylist, if you are using someone new, have several styling sessions prior to your wedding day.
*** Remember, there will be cameras everywhere, every side needs to be your “good side”.

Similar to floor plan, the floral plan needs to be well thought out. Do a Little Floral recommends to all our couples (yes both people) to get pictures of what they would like to see on their day. Bridal, Floral, Home & Garden, and other magazines are very helpful when trying to convey your thoughts to your florist.
Be open to different ides as something suggested by your florist might just be exactly what you were thinking but couldn’t articulate. Also, having an dollar amount in mind is very helpful – but be realistic; you can’t have roses on a carnation budget. Additionally the size of the bridal party and guest list is directly correlated to the cost of your wedding.
A wedding planner is perfect for helping sort out all of these and other issues that arise during the course of preparing for what should be your perfect day. The planners at CW.O are here to help, just let us know you need us.
